This is probably the Paris you are most familiar with. On these great arteries opened by the baron Haussmann, spreads out the commercial window of the Capital. Indeed, the district shelters in particular Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, the two famous Parisian department stores where you will surely find what you seek.

Layout of the apartment:

This is an old building. The apartment is located on the first floor and overlooks a quiet and well-maintained courtyard. This bright and comfortable studio opens onto the living room with a sofa (120 cm bed for one person). This one faces the bay window of the entrance which has a thick curtain allowing to isolate itself from the outside. Next is a dining area with a table and an open kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine... A bookcase finally separates the bedroom, which is composed of two single beds of 80cm each and a dressing room. At the back, the bathroom is equipped with a large shower and WC. The pleasant decoration and the small terrace complete the charm of this studio.
