You will keep your privacy, as vegetation has been installed behind the bench and behind the garden table. You will be protected from the neighbors and the wind! The entrance leads to a hallway that leads to the bedrooms on one side, or to the living room on the other side.

The first bedroom has a double bed (140x200) and a desk. The second room has hidden beds (two single beds 90x190) that you can use to form a double bed if you prefer (180x190). You can store your clothes in this room because it has a large wardrobe with mirrored doors. Both rooms are bright and have a beautiful view of the buildings and trees. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

The entrance hall leads to the dining room. It has a large dining table where six people can sit. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room. The high stools will allow you to use the bar. The French windows open to the balcony and a nice garden table with seating. As soon as the sun appears, you will enjoy spending time on the balcony, looking at the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré Coeur, etc. Here you will have unforgettable moments alone or with your family and you will feel very privileged to have so many sunsets to yourself! The living room is open to the dining room. It has a sofa, coffee table and armchairs. It also has access to the 20 sqm balcony with a great view along the main room, from the kitchen to the living room with French windows opening to a beautiful area: the bench and the vegetation behind. The kitchen is at the back of the hallway.
